9.15.2010 - day 5

heading home!  we met with the NICU pediatrician and she approved us for release, then we got some prescriptions and packed our things up. i had to have my staples removed - yikes! then we got mikey dressed in his going home outfit, inspired by emma's shoes. he had a matching dinosaur hoodie and blanket made by nana. last but not least, a little photo session. then we were off! garrett was very nervous driving home - he'd never had such precious cargo in the car. i didn't want the radio on, i wanted to hear every little sound he made. best radio station ever!
