this morning while everyone was sleeping in a little, garrett and i decided to jump in the car and drive to big springs to see if we could find a moose, my last chance to find one out in the wild. we didn't even get to big springs, on the road there we spotted one & then before long, 3 friends came to join it. we sat there for over a half hour as they played behind our car - maybe about a bus length away. they were young moose - very playful. it was an amazing experience. when we could get mikey to pay attention, he got very excited about it, too. it was so cool & we were so glad that we decided to take that spur of the moment little trip.
