i was so excited to get home to my boys today. i missed them so much all weekend. garrett was such a trooper this weekend, taking 2 days off work to spend with mikey while i was gone. i really appreciated that he let me go and would make that sacrifice. mikey was in excellent care, barely even missing his mom. as i said in the days before i left, mikey will be fine, garrett will be fine, i will be a wreck. and that part was true. [at times. i tried really hard to just enjoy the moment and i did.] but boy was it wonderful to hug and squeeze on them both!
