garrett, being the wonderful husband that he is, usually empties the dishwasher. i hate that job, especially when my back is hurting. for some reason, i don't mind loading, but i loathe emptying. well, mikey typically likes to be in the kitchen if you're in the kitchen - especially if it is his dad. he wedges himself between the open dishwasher door and the fridge & cracks us up.
