i wanted to make these for the better part of "feeling great in 8" & now that it is over, i made them. we did really well, and we're going to continue working hard to get healthier and lose weight. but...  every once in a while, we'll enjoy a treat. my friend is coming over tonight, so i made them so we'd share and not eat them all by ourselves.
