i am now 33. garrett knocked my socks off today with birthday surprises and treats. we dropped mikey off with our friend beth & headed off for 90 minute massages, then went shoe shopping where i got two pairs. then we got lunch and headed over to beth's & spent a few hours hanging out with them and playing with mikey. then we left mikey again and headed to a movie. woman in black - terrifying. i spent more than half of the movie plugging my ears and closing my eyes. i'm hoping to be able to sleep tonight. afterwards, we picked up mikey & came home. mckay and his girlfriend came over & we bathed mikey and put him to bed. they hung out while we went to tepanyaki where we had sushi and my favorite meal ever - filet mignon. we're home now, stuffed & exhausted. what an amazing birthday. garrett - you're beyond wonderful. i love you. thank you thank you thank you.
