i woke up this morning virtually pain free!!! what a great feeling. garrett wanted to try level 3, so we gave it a whirl. mikey did a hostile takeover of garrett's mat. this is his interpretation of one of the moves... what a snuggler. i love my boys. after the shred, mikey ran back and forth between us giving kisses. delightful.
