after about 4 hours of sleep, we got up and got dressed and eventually made it to breakfast. we headed to kimball junction for some shopping.  after 2 stores, we were sorely disappointed and decided to go get some mani/pedi time.  the chick whipped out an actual cheese grater on brooke's feet.  we were dying. she cried her make up off. i got some fun orangey nails. and then... we decided to come home instead of stay an extra night. we both missed our kids and husbands & we were just so tired that the appeal of "alone time" kind of wore off for us. i'm happy to be home and spending the afternoon with my little man.
