today, while facetiming with my dad, he modeled this hat he wore to work almost 47 years ago on his first day at united. that would be june 18, 1965. that was always a very important date in our family. sometimes i still can't believe he's retired and its been over 3 months. p.s. mikey loves his gammar - when he saw this picture as i was posting, he kept waving and saying "hi gammar!"
