growing up, we would curl our pointer finger at someone in our family & it meant "i love you". we all still do it, i think. it was done when my dad was driving away to work from a window - for example. sometimes i don't even know i'm doing it...  apparently we've taught mikey how to do it, because he started doing it to garrett today. garrett came out of his office to fill up his water or something and when he left, mikey was curling his finger as his dad. i took him back in there to show garrett. so sweet. he's recently started saying "lub-oo" too and it melts my heart. this kid, he is wonderful.
