today was the hard day. the day my parents went home. mikey fell asleep on the way to the airport and i took this picture of my dad kissing mikey goodbye. i think my dad was a little sad that he was asleep... i know mikey was a lot of sad when he woke up when we got home and grandma and grandpa were gone. he whined and fussed for over an hour - very unlike him. mikey LOVED having grandma and grandpa here all week. they played and talked and snuggled. it was magical time for him. and me.  i cried off and on all day today. i didn't want them to leave, it was sad for me and i know it was sad for mikey. thanks mom and dad - we all love you so much! he had a fabulous birthday week.
