while i went to my doctor appointment today, my sister took mikey to the dinosaur museum. it was nice for both of us - i didn't have to tote him with me & he got to go have a fun day. he loves his cousins [and auntie!] and it was good for him to get out of the house and go do lots of exploring. i missed him, i'm such a nerd - but heidi kept sending me pictures and that made it a little better for me. also - my blood pressure was decent, still a little high - but not terribly high. i'm supposed to keep doing what i've been doing, so i will.
