today's photo assignment is shadow, so i'm really stretching it when i say: he is a shadow of his normal self today. he's really not feeling well. overnight, he sounded croupy, but actually slept ok. today he is super low in energy, just wanting to watch shows while snuggling with an occasional burst of energy that lasts until he gets frustrated at all. then he has a FIT and goes back to lay down. he kept complaining about his ear hurting, too - so a trip to the doctor might be on the agenda this weekend...
